Q&A

Are there any beverages that should not be used with products that have heat retention capabilities?

Please avoid using dry ice, carbonated drinks, salty foods like soybean paste soup, tea, dairy beverages, etc., in sealed water bottles or thermal bottles. These items can spoil easily, generate gas, and increase pressure inside the container when sealed. This could lead to the lid popping off or the beverage spilling when opened. Kindly refrain from using such beverages.

Can red spots or discoloration occur inside the tumbler?

Red spots or discoloration inside may result from water quality, impurities, or tannin components in beverages like coffee or tea. To address this, fill the tumbler with warm water and 10% vinegar, soak for 30 minutes, then clean with a soft sponge brush.

Water droplets form inside the plastic lid.

This can happen when you pour hot water into it. It is a condensation phenomenon caused by the temperature difference between the container and the surrounding air, and it is not a product defect.

Can I close the lid with a tea bag inside?

If the tea bag swells, it may cause the beverage to leak or spurt out. When using a tea bag, please keep the top lid open.

Ensure the lid is securely closed.

Dairy products and juices may spoil if stored for an extended period.
Do not overfill the container; leave enough space for the lid.
Be cautious when handling hot liquids, as there is a risk of burns if spilled.
If the outside of the container becomes hot after filling with hot liquids, the insulation may be defective.
In such cases, exchange it at the place of purchase.
The lid may deform after boiling.
Exercise caution when drinking hot liquids, especially in a moving vehicle, to avoid burns.
After filling with liquids, close the lid securely and check for any leakage.
When shaking the container with hot liquids inside, exercise caution to avoid burns or spills. Before use, ensure that all parts, such as the lid and container set, are correctly assembled and tightly sealed.
Always use the lid set fully closed. Ensure the bottom part of the lid is completely sealed, especially when opening the top cap (both caps may open simultaneously when twisted).

Return & Exchange

1. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them within 30 days of purchase, the company will refund one hundred percent (100%) of the price, less applicable bonuses to you on unopened and resalable products.

2. All products are returnable if the product is in the same condition as when purchased including the product packaging or if you discover the product defects.

3. The Company does not refund the original shipping costs on products that you return.

4. The form of the refund will be based on the original form of payment. Instead of a refund, the company may choose other alternatives such as a product credit. The return of products may affect your eligibility to receive bonuses and your Mastership, and if bonuses have already been paid on the returned product, then the company will recoup your bonuses.

5. The company will exchange products purchased directly from the company that are incorrectly sent, or are defective, if you notify the company within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase.

i. You must return the product to Atomy Oceania Pty. Ltd. during office hours together with the original sales receipt.

iii. Products sent to the company without prior company approval will not qualify for a refund or exchange and will be returned to you at your expense

Defective Products
